Model Release – Chrissie Hall Photography

Permission for Photography

In return for good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, in relation to photographic stills and or video images of me or including me, I hereby grant the following rights and permissions and agree that:

• + The entire copyright of the photographic and video images (stills or video, herein referred to as 'Images') taken belongs to Chrissie Hall Photography, (herein known as 'The Photographer/Artist, Chrissie Hall') or to anyone whom The Photographer assigns such copyright.
• + I hereby give permission for The Photographer and his/her Agents and Assigns to license Images of me or which include me. The Images may be altered, combined with other Images, published or displayed in the Media and any other usage (such as online sales, prints, sales, books, art, advertising, promotion, marketing, sales and packaging for any product or service.) and with any copy or text, worldwide and in perpetuity. The Photographer may also use the Images for self-promotional purposes, print & electronic.
• + I hereby release The Photographer and his/her Agents, Heirs and Assigns from all claims and liability relating to the use of the said photographs & agree that I have no right to any further fees or consideration.
• + I warrant that I am at least 18 years of age (parents/guardians to sign for minors) and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above release prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with its contents. This release shall be binding upon myself, my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
• + the Content may be used in combination with other images and may be modified; I have no rights to inspect or approve the Content or the use to which the Content may be applied; the Content may be used in combination with other images and may be modified; I have no further right to additional Consideration and will not make claims associated to the Content, for any reason, to the Photographer.
