Chrissie Hall is an Australian photographer specialising in fashion, portraiture and art photography. Creating worlds questioning differing realities, she blurs the line between make believe, fantasy and fashion.

1981 - 1999
Born and raised in Sydney, Australia

2000 - 2003
Completed a BA in contemporary arts (Media Arts) at Melbourne Deakin University. Curated and exhibited in multiple group exhibitions in Melbourne working with paint, photography and film. Founding member of the artist group FLUX, producing shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

2004 - 2006
Relocated back to Sydney to complete the documentary "Rat Ribbons”, a film exploring the sub culture of professional 'rat show' competitions. The film was shown in a number of Film Festivals worldwide.

2006 - 2009
Moved to London for travel and work as a photographer shooting fashion and assisting the likes of Rankin and David Fairweather.

2009 - Present
Living in Sydney, working on the “Pure and Dirty” book with photographer Claire Reynolds.
